Tuna and Avocado on Multigrain Ryvita

  • 1/2 can Tuna chunks in brine (70g drained weight)
  • 100g Avocado
  • 3 Multigrain Ryvita
  • Lemon Juice
  • Pepper

Combine all ingredients together and serve on Ryvitas'. Total 1591 kj (379 cal) 19g Protein and 21.9g Fat
