"I have reached my goals and surpassed my expectations!
When I contacted Fitness Trans4mations I was ready to make a serious commitment to ensuring that I retained an acceptable weight and level of fitness to support me in my later years. I'm 53 years of age and three months ago I weighed in at 85kg.
My main intent was to be fit for life. In that period of time I have returned to sailing, now crewing on a Sunburst; I've walked the Queen Charlotte Track: 71 Km in 4 days; I walk to and from work everyday, and am back on my bike.
These activities I haven't indulged in for about 12 years. I recently weighed in at 73Kg. My trainer is really responsive to my needs, adjusting my programme to support my endeavours.
What I enjoy most of all is that she plans each workout to be different which really suits my personality; no same old boring routines."
